To maintain Heggys ultimate freshness and delicious flavors, HEGGYS.com utilizes special warm weather frozen gel pack's chill box from May 1 through November 1. The cost is included in your shipping and handling fee. Frozen gel packs can be ordered on the order form for a $5.00 charge, if you live in a warm climate outside of that date range. We ship all orders via 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air!
